Almost in all media houses everybody calls each other by name or by babu. But you can find the bhai culture here. In Mumbai, Bhai boleto gunda logokno bujhata hai.Here same thing. The boss behaves like Hitler. So the bhai is very popular word here. One can find the junior bhai's to oiling senior bhai at his home. Boleto chuti leneka, kaan bharneka, aur khass admi ban ne ka.... Kya vedu. Kuch bat ayi samajh main?????? Tanka nahi lene ka, aur bindas rehneka.
